I understand wanting a 1 button click type of deploy experience using clovyr, but why take on the counterparty risk of hosting on a 3rd party cloud provider? That's an extra layer of risk on top of having to trust the guardians themselves. Not to mention it's $20/mo to host on clovyr. Dude, real estate has ongoing monthly expenses. You cannot "Save" ALL you income in BTC. By tis formula, cash flow converted to BTC should out perform property appreciation. SO this will entice overleveraging as mortgage rates are so much lower than average return on BTC Accept, BTC's volatility could bight you, putting you underwater for a time that you cannot recover from. Also with the Fiat System, you get to pay back you debt with Dollars that are worth less than the ones you borrowed, a decided advantage of Fiat Leverage. Just Sayin.

Do you anticipate payments of leases will move to Bitcoin? It would seem the developer whether residential or commercial would benefit as either the lender or landlord.

Can someone explain why the APR on a bitcoin collateralized loan is still in the 12-15% range? This makes no sense whatsoever. BTC is the most liquid asset on the planet...24x7x365...lender has their money in 1 hour in case of default. Meanwhile, I can take a loan against $AAPL stock for a few % points...and that stock will take days to clear into the lender's account in case of a default. Make it make sense.

Instead of top down BTC economy why not start straight away with bottom up, it makes the general low income people powerful to fight corruption. Start with schooling every one and the kids at school. If inflation continues to re-accelerate, don't you think they will be forced to increase interest rates? It's not like they have the option to just stand back and watch it increase and hope it comes back down. The banks own our money and can do whatever they want with your deposit. Representing "your money is safe" is just greenwashing. So when the FDIC warns it may not be able backstop your FDIC savings, it is a problem. Will our wages be paid in bitcoin in the future? Will all the raw materials, finish goods and services be priced in bitcoin? What could happen if they wouldn't?
